LeRoy heading to the field
He grew up to be a cowboy.
His mama let him.

He grew up
to be a
Cowboy.

Sometimes that's not so bad…

LeRoy runs an ag co-op by day, eleven bird dogs and a loft full of pigeons the rest of the time. Waylon on the radio. Red Bull in the cupholder. Dogs already loaded before you're awake.

He learned to hunt from his dad Dan and carried those same traditions forward to his kids — all five of them. His boys live for the field. His girls are always welcome. His wife Sarah is right there beside him, shaking her head with every new dog but loving on every last one of them.

Then there's Maverick — LeRoy's grandson, two years old, already helping Papa in the field, shed hunting like he invented it, and feeding the pigeons at Wolf Creek Lofts whenever he gets the chance.

DAN BRADLEY

Father · Hunter · The One Who Started It All

"The best days of your life will be spent in a field with your dad, your son, and a good dog."

Forged Traditions

It started with Dan — the kind of dad who took his boy outside and made the outdoors feel like home. LeRoy grew up in those fields. Then he brought his own boys, Xander and Roman, back to the same land the same way.

Last deer season, on a quiet Iowa afternoon, LeRoy, Xander, and Dan sat together in the same blind — on family land. All three harvested a deer within minutes of each other. Same afternoon. Same blind. Same family.

The next day Roman harvested his — the whole family together one last season, carrying on the deer camp tradition Dan started decades before.

That was the last hunt. Nobody talks about it without going quiet first.

It all started with a dad, a son, and a field. It always does. That's Wolf Creek.
